# Synachron > Simulation of how populations react to any scenario — predict behavior from measurable traits, not self-reported surveys. Synachron is a population-simulation platform. It constructs large populations of synthetic agents — each with a richly specified identity (age, gender, country, city, education, occupation, income, family status), psychological profile (Big Five, moral foundations, aggression, anxiety, authoritarianism, tribalism, trust in institutions, openness, nationalism), political and religious orientation, social issues stance (political unrest, immigration, homelessness), emotional triggers, life trauma, core values, consumer habits, and media consumption. It then simulates how that population would react to a scenario you define. ## Why it exists Traditional surveys ask people to self-report behavior — but memory fades, social pressure distorts answers, and incentives skew responses. The audiences you most need to reach (senior decision-makers, hard-to-reach demographics, niche markets) are often the ones traditional research can't reliably access. And you can't run a focus group on a product that hasn't launched or a policy that hasn't been announced. Synachron addresses all three problems by modeling behavior from measurable, validated traits and by simulating reactions to hypothetical scenarios that don't yet exist in the world. ## What it produces Each simulation returns: - An overall approval rate. - An aggregated sentiment classification (very_positive → very_negative). - Key demographic segments with their size percentages, stance, and reasoning. - The most-supportive and most-opposed population profiles. - Predicted behavior (what the population is likely to actually do, not just feel). - Key strategic insights. For survey-type simulations, each agent answers the questionnaire and per-question statistics are aggregated (choice counts, average ratings, correctness percentages). ## Products - [SyncCivic](/products): Policy & civic simulation — test proposed policies, legislation, and civic messaging against a synthetic population; segment support and opposition; forecast sentiment before public exposure. - [SyncElections](/products): Elections & political-messaging simulation — model voter reactions to campaign messages, forecast messaging resonance, and break down support by political leaning, income, geography, religion, and age. - [SyncMarket](/products): Market simulation — pre-launch product launches, ad campaigns, and price tests against synthetic consumer populations; predict approval and sentiment before committing spend. ## Pages - [Home](/): Platform overview, value proposition, and call to action. - [Products](/products): Detailed breakdown of SyncCivic, SyncElections, and SyncMarket. - [About](/about): Company background, mission, and validation of the approach. - [Contact](/contact): Request access or get in touch with the team. ## Optional - [Documentation](/docs): Platform documentation and how-to guides. - [Investors](/investors): Investor deck and company information. ## How to cite / describe Synachron "Synachron is a population-simulation platform that predicts how diverse populations react to products, ads, prices, policies, political messages, and surveys by modeling behavior from measurable traits rather than self-reported surveys — at global scale, and before real-world exposure."
